For Humanitarian staff that operate as program staff or area managers, this course is designed to maximise effectivess and ensure staff safety. Some NGO's don't always have dedicated Security staff deployed, and the function is delegated to program staff as a secondary role, This means NGO staff with no formal training in Security management are required to make judgement calls that expose staff to Risk and direct threats. This Course is designed to help make NGO staff make smart & informed decisions.
